The Challenge: This extremely large family who loves to host wonderful summer parties wanted us to design a landscape around their entire home that boasts sleeping quarters for over 25 guests. Exceed all reasonable limitations and expectations.

The solution: As one enters the driveway, there is enough parking for 15-20 vehicles made possible by installing grassy pavers along with a beautiful, natural stone driveway. What appears as a front lawn is actually drive-able.

Once inside the home, the newest addition blends with the charm of the original cottage as one passes the inside/outside grill/kitchen area. One will note that there doesn’t seem to be a definition of inside vs. outside as the pool is in close proximity; adjacent to walls of glass that completely open. The interior flooring of the home, also installed by Nature’s Way, continues throughout, into the pool area, and on down to the lake.

The pool screams entertainment! Complete with not one, but two, waterfalls! Atop the main waterfall, you will see that as you enter the waterslide the fall cascades both into the pool as well as changing directions, meandering near the built-in hot tub, towards Lake Michigan. Finally reaching its’ destination to the koi pond sitting upon the bluff as if to provide competition with the beautiful views of Lake Michigan.

Overall Effect: A landscape that exceeds all reasonable limitations and expectations for all ages to enjoy!
