The Solution: Masses of shade loving grasses in lieu of your typical Kentucky bluegrass. We used varieties such as Liriope Spicata, Hakonechloa, and Carex. What used to be a barren site, filled in beautifully, giving it a natural look.
Overall Effect: A naturally landscaped home that sets a trend for the neighborhood to follow.
